This should be a fun day tomorrow at the wedding of Max & Meg! Nerves were soon gone during their pre-wedding shoot. If you are a bit camera-shy it is a good thing to get that nervousness out of the way BEFORE your wedding day. In the UK we are a nation of animal-lovers, and as such I get a lot people booking me for a photoshoot -  not for them - but for their beloved pet! And why not?!  We spend a lot of time with them so why not have a few professional photos of them looking their best? I have photographed many different animals, from rabbits up to horse, and can do studio shoots (for the smaller ones!) or come to your home or another location for an outdoor photoshoot. I just returned from meeting with Charlene and Mark for their pre-wedding meeting.  It seems a while since we first met and they booked me to be their wedding photographer - about 14 months ago - on average that's kind of in the middle as plenty book further ahead than that! We had a lovely walk around Hallmark Hotel gardens last night for this #prewedding shoot. They admitted they were a tiny bit nervous but soon relaxed and we had lots of cuddles and smiles. I love the variety of work that my job allows.  No such thing as a 9 to 5!  I've recently done some shoots for local food businesses, often working under pressure to photograph things as they happen!  Here are a couple of images during the preparation stage of a sushi place in Hull, Heiseiya.  Lovely people -  they even sent me off with a takeaway bag of delicious food - makes the work even better! making Maki Salmon Nigiri

Lots of fun at this wedding, which makes my job even better!  We also had the drama of the "rings left at home" scenario but we didn't dwell on that as they had to borrow a couple!  Jade and Chris asked me to be their wedding photographer as I had done photos of their newborn baby boy a few years earlier so was nice to see him grown up a bit!  I was able to capture the groom's (and son's) preparations at the best man's houses well as going to the bride's home for the girls getting ready, then we made the journey to The Gardener's Arms in Coniston for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and partying afterwards!
