For a very subtle and understated wedding album, Sherridan and Dean chose this plain cover linen-bound book in light grey.    We had a great day capturing their wedding at Lazaat near Hull.  Lots of laughs and the partying went on and on!

I like to keep things up to date as much as possible, and there's nothing quite like showing wedding photographs in a real album, so I got this sample book made using images from one of my favourite weddings of last year at Elsham Hall . Such a variety of locations for photos, and the weather was kind to us, meaning we had the full run of the grounds, the ceremony was held in the stone barn, complete with plenty of twinkly lights, patio area for the drinks reception, and a huge walled garden as well as lake, complete with fish! This album is in the very popular grey linen, personalised with the couple's names printed on the front.  A nice 10"x10" square format shows the images well, and design is done by me - all part of the service! Another fabulous Paymentsense event held at The Roundhouse in London, saw me pack my stuff and head down the Big Smoke for their Christmas party.  With the usual mix of posed and informal shots, there was an aerialist to wow them and a band to keep them dancing.

  If you are wanting to arrange a boudoir photoshoot in Hull or the surrounding areas, instead of a shoot in the studio, you have the option of having it in your home. It gives a much different look and will give it more of a personal touch. It also means you have access to all of your stuff - all your outfits are close to hand and you are in familiar surroundings. As long as you have a decent amount of space and a relatively uncluttered room, we can make some beautiful photos without you leaving the house. Please get in touch so we can discuss suitability for a home photoshoot. Here are a few example images from a home shoot, using no more than light from the window and occasionally a small flashgun to fill the shadows, though all of these examples were just windowlight. Most of the shoot was done in the window area or on the bed.   We added some interest by with some water.  She got the shirt wet and splashed some on herself .

Lots of fun at this wedding, which makes my job even better!  We also had the drama of the "rings left at home" scenario but we didn't dwell on that as they had to borrow a couple!  Jade and Chris asked me to be their wedding photographer as I had done photos of their newborn baby boy a few years earlier so was nice to see him grown up a bit!  I was able to capture the groom's (and son's) preparations at the best man's houses well as going to the bride's home for the girls getting ready, then we made the journey to The Gardener's Arms in Coniston for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and partying afterwards!
