Just on the edge of Hull city centre, Peak Physique Gym recently became the backdrop for an inspiring photoshoot featuring the incredible ladies from Dace Saldaka Personal Training. I have known Dace for a few years, since her days as a Personal Trainer at the JD Gym where I trained, but this was the first shoot we had done together.

Dace, a fitness personal trainer and advocate for women's strength, brought together a group of her clients to commemorate their efforts  and celebrate empowerment (and Christmas!).   None had done a photoshoot before so it was quite an experience for them all!  Dace took them through various exercises on free weights and machines while I took the photos, in the designated ladies section of the gym: an environment tailored to their unique fitness needs, in what could be an intimidating atmosphere.

 

The collaboration showcased that for the ladies of Dace Saldaka training, it is not just a gym; it's a supportive community where women can embrace their strength with elegance.  There was a genuine feeling of camaraderie - not just clients, but friends, in this together!

"Paper" First wedding anniversary - Boudoir photoshoot with Sarah

Photography for a Property for Sale in Kingswood Hull

It was good to be out  photographing a house this week.  Selling a house isn't always easy, and making a house look good in winter is even harder.  The key factor is for the vendor to put the effort into preparing the house for photographs (and viewings!).  Declutter, hide unnecessary things, and get that show-home look to make the most of the space you have.  This one had a professional clean and some feverish last-minute moving of "stuff" even as I arrived, but it was worth it.  Here are some of my favourites.
