Zac & Nadine's Winter Wedding in Beverley

Zac and Nadine had a very low-key winter wedding, with fewer than ten guests, having a ceremony at Beverley register office then walking a few chilly minutes down the road to the Beverley Arms Hotel for their very informal reception, starting with some warming teas and coffees before an intimate setting in The Scullery room. Mum did the flowers and they brought their own naked cake! They were all lots of fun, not taking themselves too seriously, as seen in some of these photos ðŸ˜ƒ

Home boudoir photography in the Hull area

  If you are wanting to arrange a boudoir photoshoot in Hull or the surrounding areas, instead of a shoot in the studio, you have the option of having it in your home. It gives a much different look and will give it more of a personal touch. It also means you have access to all of your stuff - all your outfits are close to hand and you are in familiar surroundings. As long as you have a decent amount of space and a relatively uncluttered room, we can make some beautiful photos without you leaving the house. Please get in touch so we can discuss suitability for a home photoshoot. Here are a few example images from a home shoot, using no more than light from the window and occasionally a small flashgun to fill the shadows, though all of these examples were just windowlight. Most of the shoot was done in the window area or on the bed.   We added some interest by with some water.  She got the shirt wet and splashed some on herself .

Business portraits for Jo at Aspen Morgan This job took me over the Humber Bridge to Barton, North Lincolnshire do some business portraits for Jo of Aspen Morgan Counselling & Wellbeing. She's an old school friend, who I hadn't spoken to in real life in many years, and was still just as lovely as I remember. She has her website built but needed some better images for content. She sent me some ideas that she has seen for inspiration, with quite a casual, friendly and warm look, and while we could have done something in the studio, I felt it would be better to do something in a more homely environment, with a natural look to the lighting. I tasked her with finding some places that were "spacious and airy" to get that same kind of look, and she found some spaces in her own home, and her dad's nearby, despite her own house being a "work in progress".
