Freedom Quay - Marina Apartment - Hull City Centre

 I photographed a beautiful home this week: a top-floor 2 bedroomed apartment overlooking Hull marina.  We even had a sunny day to make the most of it!  The highlight of this property was the picture window, running most of the width of the spacious living area.  You could see the marina, the docks, Hull Minster and The Deep.  I could imagine sitting there in a comfortable chair, just watching the world go by.

"Paper" First wedding anniversary - Boudoir photoshoot with Sarah

Photography for a Property for Sale in Kingswood Hull

It was good to be out  photographing a house this week.  Selling a house isn't always easy, and making a house look good in winter is even harder.  The key factor is for the vendor to put the effort into preparing the house for photographs (and viewings!).  Declutter, hide unnecessary things, and get that show-home look to make the most of the space you have.  This one had a professional clean and some feverish last-minute moving of "stuff" even as I arrived, but it was worth it.  Here are some of my favourites.
