Wow! What an evening! Post-COVID, it was quite a sight to see so many people getting together and enjoying themselves. The marquee was put up in the paddock at the family farm, and fabulously styled to a Studio 54 New York nightclub. I even dusted off my black tie! It's nice to be recommended when people need a photographer for such events, and this was one I loved being part of, so was glad they'd been given my number! Drinks were dispensed by Bishop's Bar of Howden, and the amazing performers from Innovation Entertainment kept the party going all night, with stilt-walkers, fire-eaters, aerial performers and podium dancers! If you need an events photographer you can get in touch and tell me your details and what you need doing.

I photographed a beautiful home this week: a top-floor 2 bedroomed apartment overlooking Hull marina. We even had a sunny day to make the most of it! The highlight of this property was the picture window, running most of the width of the spacious living area. You could see the marina, the docks, Hull Minster and The Deep. I could imagine sitting there in a comfortable chair, just watching the world go by. I also did a virtual tour, for a walk-through of the entire place: the link is at the bottom of this page. Take a look!
I was asked by a friend to photograph her house as she was putting it on the market. She knows I am a property photographer - I've been photographing houses for estate agents and property owners in East Yorkshire for about six years now around - and she wanted her house to be shown in the best way possible. She has had the house about two years and had completely refurbished it - new plastering, new flooring, all redecorated - so I knew it would be beautiful, and jumped at the chance. We also did a virtual tour, as the worry of COVID could put people off a physical viewing. An hour after going live on the agent's website, she had two viewing booked. Within a few days she had offers of the asking price! More details about house photography are at my website Oh, and here, is that virtual tour!
