Collaboration model shoot with Jess

 I've worked with Jess on several occasions now or her business ventures but this photoshoot was more of a personal project, and something a little different for her as she is not often the model, but the product creator and designer.


She brought a couple of outfits, with a fitness theme and we just had some fun trying a few different ideas.


Towards the end of the shoot, I remembered that I had a can of Atmosphere aerosol which I had bought months ago and had been waiting for a chance to try it out and this seemed a perfect opportunity.  It is supposed to give a slight haze/fog to the scene. While I was very happy with the photos we got, the Atmosphere needs a bit more work as the effect was a bit lacklustre and barely visible!  I used backlighting, as recommended by the manufacturer, but I think I needed to spray more or use a different angle!

Business portraits for Jo at Aspen Morgan This job took me over the Humber Bridge to Barton, North Lincolnshire do some business portraits for Jo of Aspen Morgan Counselling & Wellbeing. She's an old school friend, who I hadn't spoken to in real life in many years, and was still just as lovely as I remember. She has her website built but needed some better images for content. She sent me some ideas that she has seen for inspiration, with quite a casual, friendly and warm look, and while we could have done something in the studio, I felt it would be better to do something in a more homely environment, with a natural look to the lighting. Home boudoir photography in the Hull area

  If you are wanting to arrange a boudoir photoshoot in Hull or the surrounding areas, instead of a shoot in the studio, you have the option of having it in your home. It gives a much different look and will give it more of a personal touch. It also means you have access to all of your stuff - all your outfits are close to hand and you are in familiar surroundings. As long as you have a decent amount of space and a relatively uncluttered room, we can make some beautiful photos without you leaving the house. Here are a few example images from a home shoot, using no more than light from the window and occasionally a small flashgun to fill the shadows, though all of these examples were just windowlight.
